Treatment Course: Most people need a series of 4 to 8 sessions, spaced about 1 to 2 weeks apart. Maintenance: After the initial series, maintenance treatments every 3 to 6 months help sustain results.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits – $50 non-refundable deposit for The Bespoke Glass Facial. All other services over $50 require 10%. Cancellations/No-Shows – Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows incur a 50% fee. Reschedules – One courtesy reschedule with 5+ days’ notice. Less than 5 days = 50% fee. Late Arrivals – 15+ minutes late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. Media – We may take photos/videos for training & social media. Let us know before your service if you prefer not to be included. Studio Etiquette – As this is a home studio, we kindly ask: no house tours or meeting family, entry to our home only if invited, and no requests to see or pet our cats (they are not permitted in the studio).
