Our facial is the ultimate customised skin experience, designed to restore glow, refine texture and leave your skin feeling deeply nourished and refreshed. This treatment begins with a thorough skin analysis to tailor every step to your skin’s unique needs. Your experience includes a double cleanse, full exfoliation, targeted mask therapy, relaxing facial massage to boost circulation and promote lymphatic drainage. Finishing serums, moisturiser and SPF are carefully selected to enhance results and support long-term skin health. Perfect for all skin types, our facial is ideal if you’re wanting hydration, radiance and that fresh, luminous finish — whether it’s for maintenance or a special occasion. Leave glowing. Cancellation Policy
Deposits – $50 non-refundable deposit for our Signature Facial. All other services over $50 require 10%. Cancellations/No-Shows – Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows incur a 50% fee. Reschedules – One courtesy reschedule with 5+ days’ notice. Less than 5 days = 50% fee. Late Arrivals – 15+ minutes late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. Media – We may take photos/videos for training & social media. Let us know before your service if you prefer not to be included. Studio Etiquette – As this is a home studio, we kindly ask: no house tours or meeting family, entry to our home only if invited, and no requests to see or pet our cats (they are not permitted in the studio). We have private home bathrooms upstairs, please respect our home if you need to go bathroom during your treatment but due to family privacy, we ask you go to the bathroom before coming to the studio. Car Park - we allow 1x spot for parking in our driveway. If there are no car spots, there is plenty of parking on Wongaburra Street. By booking, you agree to these policies.
